Automatic Generator Set
Ai power automatic generator set adopts smart controller Deepsea or Comap to realize the generator automatic start and stop, combine with the famous brand Socomec or other brand automatic transfer switch(ATS), the generator can automatic start when mains power failed, and automatic stop when mains power return. The Deepsea or Comap controller can monitor all the generator running parameters with LCD display, They monitor speed, frequency, voltage, current, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level. Once any data is abnormal, it will give a warning to the owner or shutdown the engine. These controllers have USB port to connect to computer for easier operation and monitoring. It also has RS232 and RS485 port for remote control.
The Socomec or China brand ATS is all 4 poles switches and a combination of two load-break switches mounted back to back electrically and mechanically interlocked. They provide manual switching or remote controlled source inversion or changeover under load of two low voltage power circuits. The ATS can transfer the load between generator and generator or between mains and generator in few seconds. It can automatically detect the voltage and frequency of mains power or generator power timely.
